Internet Connections and routers:
It's important for your business to be connected to the internet 24
hours a day and 7 days a week. That's why Saga Designs and www.yourdomain.com
will be connected to the internet via fully redundant, multiple T3 connections:
one through UUNET, and the other through Sprint. If one of the connections
should fail, we'll be able to reroute the traffic in seconds.
Backup
system:
Complete backups are made every night for
a week "just in case". But they are only made once a night,
and a backup is only as good as the data its protecting. That's why
we remind you always to make backups of your own data! If you should
need data restored, please e-mail restore@sagadesigns.com
and include the following information:

to the file(s)

The exact date of the file you want restored

domain name or username

Free
POP3 e-mail accounts:
All Gold accounts
come with 10 free pop3 email accounts. There is no set-up or monthly
charge for these. Most Web Hosts will charge $5 for per month for
each e-mail account over one! POP3 e-mail accounts don't cost us a
cent (except for time to set them up) and we pass that savings along
to you. You also get free wildcard e-mail forwarding! This
basically gives you an unlimited number of e-mail accounts by having
anything@yourdomain.com forward to your main account or a default
one. Never miss an e-mail again because someone sent a message to
jonny@abc.com instead of jon@abc.com. Silver accounts come with one
e-mail address, yourname@sagadesigns.com.
FTP Access:
Upload and update your own web pages in
real-time with any FTP software and your own FTP account.
